Description: The man who goes by the name of Hiriaurtung Arororugul;

ASSERTING that A mean old man is very mean;

BELIEVING that meanness can be a virtue, if properly channelled;

NOTING that A mean old man's lawn is weed choked;

HAILING A mean old man's decision to spurn lawn care in the face of negative public opinion;

IMPRESSED that A mean old man is always fighting crime -- especially youth-related;

POINTING OUT that A mean old man's animal, the really old cat, frolics freely in A mean old man's many lush forests;

KNOWING THAT really old cats are beloved by animal enthusiasts everywhere;

ASTOUNDED by A mean old man's innovative use of colostomy bags as national currency;

HEREBY REQUESTS that the World Assembly Security Council commend A mean old man for being mean.

Completely against, and if you view the Security Council forum on the NS site you will find the author submitted this resolution in all seriousness.
